Love this pic, I had dinner at a restaurant on the Champs Elysees on my birthday last year with this very view (nearly).

When I saw this thumbnail, I thought I had been there. Looking at the larger shot I realize that I haven't. I saw the one at the Paris! Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas instead. I wish the French would stop copying our great buildings in Las Vegas. They even copied our Le Tour Eiffel (just kidding!). I guess I should be thanking them for the Statue of Liberty they gave us along with helping us to gain our liberty itself! Vive la France! Jim

this is a nice shot, with a wonderful dawn sky, but it would be stronger if you corrected the wide-angle distortion, to make the arch stand straight up instead of appear leaning back.

    Hi PLara,

thank you for this advice. Usually I just remove the scratches digitally and sometimes enhance the contrast a little bit. Maybe I should go a little bit further with this pic.

    Take care,
    Daniel
